rel=\"noopener\">\u79cd\u65cf\u6b67\u89c6\u6761\u4f8b<\/a>\u00a0\u300b\u3002\u5e73\u673a\u4f1a\u662f\u653f\u5e9c\u8d44\u52a9\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u673a\u6784\u3002\u6982\u62ec\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5e73\u673a\u4f1a\u81f4\u529b\u6d88\u9664\u57fa\u4e8e\u6027\u522b\u3001\u5a5a\u59fb\u72b6\u51b5\u3001\u6000\u5b55\u3001\u6b8b\u75be\u3001\u5bb6\u5ead\u5c97\u4f4d\uff08\u987b\u7167\u987e\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u5458\u7684\u4eba\uff09\u53ca\u79cd\u65cf\u800c\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6b67\u89c6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5e73\u673a\u4f1a\u4e3b\u8981\u8d1f\u8d23\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e09\u7c7b\u5de5\u4f5c:<\/p>\n<h2>A. \u8c03\u67e5\u53ca\u8c03\u89e3<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u8c03\u67e5\u6839\u636e\u300a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/480\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u6027\u522b\u6b67\u89c6\u6761\u4f8b<\/a>\u00a0\u300b\u3001\u300a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/487\/\" target=\"_blank\" \u6ce8\uff09\u53ca\u6307\u5f15\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u68c0\u8ba8\u300a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/480\/\" target=\"_blank\" is a legal process by which parental rights and responsibilities over a child are transferred from the birth parents to the adoptive parents. An adoption in Hong Kong must be effected in accordance with the <a href=\"#\">Adoption Ordinance , Cap. 290<\/a> , Laws of Hong Kong.
