rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c20\u6761<\/a>\u00a0\u6216\u80fd\u4e3a\u53d7\u7535\u8bdd\u7f20\u6270\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\u5e26\u6765\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u5982\u900f\u8fc7\u7535\u62a5\u3001\u7535\u8bdd\u6216\u65e0\u7ebf\u7535\u62a5\u53d1\u51fa\u4ee4\u4eba\u6781\u4e3a\u538c\u6076\u7684\u8baf\u606f\uff0c\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u4e0d\u96c5\u3001\u6deb\u4eb5\u6216\u5177\u5a01\u80c1\u6027\u7684\u8baf\u606f\uff0c\u5747\u5c5e\u72af\u7f6a\uff0c\u4e00\u7ecf\u5b9a\u7f6a\uff0c\u53ef\u88ab\u7f5a\u6b3e1,000\u5143\u53ca\u76d1\u7981\u4e24\u4e2a\u6708\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u540c\u4e00\u6761\u4f8b\u4e0b\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u5982\u4f20\u9001\u865a\u5047\u8baf\u606f\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4ee4\u4ed6\u4eba\u9020\u6210\u70e6\u6270\u3001\u4e0d\u4fbf\u6216\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u5fe7\u8651\uff08\u00a0<a rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c20(c)\u6761<\/a>\u00a0\uff09\u4ea6\u5c5e\u8fdd\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u5b9e\u9645\u7528\u9014\u548c\u5f53\u4eca\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u300c\u65e0\u7ebf\u7535\u62a5\u300d\u53ef\u4ee5\u7406\u89e3\u4e3a\u6bcb\u987b\u7535\u5b50\u5bfc\u4f53\uff0c\u5c06\u8d44\u8baf\u70b9\u5bf9\u70b9\u4f20\u9001\u81f3\u4e24\u4e2a\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u5730\u70b9\u3002\u00a0<a rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c20\u6761<\/a>\u00a0\u53ef\u6269\u5c55\u81f3\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a\u901a\u8fc7\u7f51\u7edc\u548c\u793e\u4ea4\u7f51\u7edc\u7a0b\u5f0f\u4f20\u9001\u7684\u8d44\u8baf\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982Whatsapp, Line\u548cSkype\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u7684\u91ca\u4e49\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u300a\u91ca\u4e49\u53ca\u901a\u5219\u6761\u4f8b\u300b<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/1\/s19.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c19\u6761<\/a>\u00a0\uff0c\u5373\u6761\u4f8b\u9700\u300c\u6309\u5176\u771f\u6b63\u7528\u610f\u3001\u6db5\u4e49\u53ca\u7cbe\u795e\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u4e86\u6700\u80fd\u786e\u4fdd\u8fbe\u81f4\u5176\u76ee\u7684\u800c\u4f5c\u51fa\u516c\u6b63\u3001\u5e7f\u6cdb\u53ca\u7075\u6d3b\u7684\u91ca\u7591\u53ca\u91ca\u4e49\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/228\/s20.html\" target=\"_blank\"
