\u7f20\u6270 &gt; \u751a\u4e48\u662f\u7f20\u6270\u884c\u4e3a\uff1f<\/a>\u00a0\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>2. \u6211\u4eec\u524d\u5ea6\u604b\u4eba\u4e0d\u65ad\u6253\u7535\u8bdd\u53ca\u4f20\u77ed\u8baf\u7ed9\u6211\uff0c\u4ee4\u6211\u6df1\u53d7\u56f0\u6270\uff0c\u66f4\u56e0\u6b64\u51fa\u73b0\u7cbe\u795e\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u770b\u533b\u751f\u3002\u6211\u7684\u524d\u5ea6\u604b\u4eba\u6709\u72af\u6cd5\u5417\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/228\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c228\u7ae0\u300a\u7b80\u6613\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6cbb\u7f6a\u6761\u4f8b\u300b<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/228\/s20.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c20\u6761<\/a>\u00a0\u6216\u80fd\u4e3a\u53d7\u7535\u8bdd\u7f20\u6270\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\u5e26\u6765\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u5982\u900f\u8fc7\u7535\u62a5\u3001\u7535\u8bdd\u6216\u65e0\u7ebf\u7535\u62a5\u53d1\u51fa\u4ee4\u4eba\u6781\u4e3a\u538c\u6076\u7684\u8baf\u606f\uff0c\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u4e0d\u96c5\u3001\u6deb\u4eb5\u6216\u5177\u5a01\u80c1\u6027\u7684\u8baf\u606f\uff0c\u5747\u5c5e\u72af\u7f6a\uff0c\u4e00\u7ecf\u5b9a\u7f6a\uff0c\u53ef\u88ab\u7f5a\u6b3e1,000\u5143\u53ca\u76d1\u7981\u4e24\u4e2a\u6708\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u540c\u4e00\u6761\u4f8b\u4e0b\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u5982\u4f20\u9001\u865a\u5047\u8baf\u606f\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4ee4\u4ed6\u4eba\u9020\u6210\u70e6\u6270\u3001\u4e0d\u4fbf\u6216\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u5fe7\u8651\uff0c\u53c8\u6216\u662f\u65e0\u4efb\u4f55\u5408\u7406\u7406\u7531\u800c\u6301\u7eed\u5730\u6253\u7535\u8bdd\uff0c\u4ea6\u5c5e\u8fdd\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/chi\/hk\/legis\/ord\/228\/s20.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7b2c20\u6761<\/a>\u00a0\u53ef\u6269\u5c55\u81f3\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a\u901a\u8fc7\u7f51\u7edc\u548c\u793e\u4ea4\u7f51\u7edc\u7a0b\u5f0f\u4f20\u9001\u7684\u8d44\u8baf\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982Whatsapp\u3001 Line\u548cSkype\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\u6301\u7eed\u6536\u5230\u7535\u8bdd\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u6536\u5230\u9ed8\u4e0d\u4f5c\u58f0\u7684\u7535\u8bdd\uff0c\u4f1a\u7279\u522b\u56f0\u6270\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5fc3\u7406\u6216\u751f\u7406\u4e0a\u7684\u4f24\u5bb3\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\u6b63\u72ec\u5904\u548c\u611f\u5230\u60ca\u614c\uff0c\u5176\u5f71\u54cd\u5c06\u4f1a\u66f4\u751a\u3002\u82f1\u56fd\u6848\u4f8b\u5df2\u7ecf\u786e\u7acb\uff0c\u83b7\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u75c5\u7b49\u540c\u8eab\u4f53\u4f24\u5bb3\uff08\u4f46\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u60ca\u614c\u3001\u5fe7\u8651\u548c\u60ca\u6050\uff09\uff0c\u7f20\u6270\u8005\u53ef\u88ab\u63a7\u88ad\u51fb\u81f4\u9020\u6210\u8eab\u4f53\u4f24\u5bb3\u7f6a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u60f3\u77e5\u9053\u66f4\u591a\u8be6\u60c5\uff0c\u53ef\u6d4f\u89c8\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/familyclic.hk\/sc\/topics\/Daily-lives-legal-issues\/Stalking\/Possible-criminal-charges-against-a-stalker-under-the-Summary-Offences-Ordinance\/#content\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u95ee\u9898 &gt;
