rel=\"noopener\">\u300a\u50f1\u50ad\u689d\u4f8b\u300b<\/a>\u6240\u8ce6\u4e88\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u548c\u5229\u76ca\u3002\u70ba\u907f\u514d\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u722d\u62d7\uff0c\u7576\u96d9\u65b9\u8a02\u7acb\u670d\u52d9\u5408\u7d04\u6642\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5206\u6e05\u300c\u50f1\u54e1\u300d\u53ca\u300c\u627f\u5305\u5546\uff08\u6216\u81ea\u50f1\u4eba\u58eb\uff09\u300d\u4e4b\u4e0d\u540c\u5730\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff08\u8a3b\uff1a\u00a0<a rel=\"noopener\">\u300a\u50f1\u50ad\u689d\u4f8b\u300b<\/a>\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6240\u6709\u6839\u64da\u50f1\u50ad\u5408\u7d04\u53d7\u8058\u7684\u50f1\u54e1\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u4e0b\u5217\u4eba\u58eb\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/hk\/legis\/ch\/ord\/47\">\u5b78\u5f92\u5236\u5ea6\u689d\u4f8b<\/a>\u300b\u8a3b\u518a\u7684\u5b78\u5f92\u8a13\u7df4\u5408\u7d04\u4e4b\u5b78\u5f92\uff0c\u4f46\u8a72\u689d\u4f8b\u53e6\u6709\u898f\u5b9a\u8005\uff0c\u5247\u5c6c\u4f8b\u5916\u3002\uff09<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u5c31\u5206\u8fa8\u50f1\u50ad\u95dc\u4fc2\u53ca\u627f\u5305\u95dc\u4fc2\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u55ae\u4e00\u800c\u6982\u62ec\u7684\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002\u5728\u8a8d\u5b9a\u4e00\u4efd\u50f1\u50ad\u5408\u7d04\u6642\u9700\u8981\u8003\u616e\u7684\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\u70ba\uff1a<\/p>\n<h2>A. href=\"http:\/\/www.labour.gov.hk\/tc\/public\/pdf\/wcp\/SelfEmployedPerson.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7a05\u52d9\u5c40\u7684\u7db2\u9801<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u51fa\u73fe\u5c31\u6709\u95dc\u5408\u7d04\u662f\u5426\u50f1\u50ad\u5408\u7d04\u7684\u722d\u62d7\u6642\uff0c\u6cd5\u5ead\u6709\u6b0a\u4f5c\u51fa\u6700\u5f8c\u88c1\u6c7a\u3002\u65bc1997\u5e74\uff0c\u672c\u6e2f\u6709\u4e00\u5b97\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u4e0a\u8a34\u81f3\u82f1\u570b\u6a1e\u5bc6\u9662\uff08\u53731997\u5e747\u67081\u65e5\u524d\u9999\u6e2f
