\u91cd\u5efa\u53ca\u6536\u8cfc\u7269\u696d &gt; \u5e02\u5340\u91cd\u5efa\u5c40\u91cd\u5efa\u9805\u76ee<\/a>\u00a0\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>2. \u6211\u53ef\u4ee5\u53cd\u5c0d\u5e02\u5efa\u5c40\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u91cd\u5efa\u9805\u76ee\u55ce\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>\u7576\u5e02\u5340\u91cd\u5efa\u5c40\u6c7a\u5b9a\u91cd\u5efa\u4e00\u500b\u5730\u9ede\u6642\uff0c\u6703\u5728\u61b2\u5831\u53ca\u5831\u7d19\u516c\u5e03\u91cd\u5efa\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u70ba\u671f2\u500b\u6708\u3002\u5e02\u5efa\u5c40\u4ea6\u6703\u5c55\u51fa\u91cd\u5efa\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u4e00\u822c\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u4f9b\u516c\u773e\u67e5\u95b1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u516c\u5e03\u671f\u5167\uff0c\u53d7\u91cd\u5efa\u9805\u76ee\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u53ef\u5411\u5e02\u5340\u91cd\u5efa\u5c40\uff08\u767c\u5c55\u9805\u76ee\uff09\u6216\u57ce\u5e02\u898f\u5283\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff08\u767c\u5c55\u8a08\u5283\uff09\u63d0\u51fa\u53cd\u5c0d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u91cd\u5efa\u9805\u76ee\u70ba\u300c\u767c\u5c55\u9805\u76ee\u300d\uff0c\u767c\u5c55\u5c40\u5c40\u9577\u6703\u4f5c\u51fa\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u6388\u6b0a\u5e02\u5340\u91cd\u5efa\u5c40\u9032\u884c\u7684\u539f\u672c\u6216\u7d93\u4fee\u8a02\u7684\u91cd\u5efa\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u6216\u62d2\u7d55\u6388\u6b0a\u9032\u884c\u8a72\u91cd\u5efa\u9805\u76ee\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u56e0\u767c\u5c55\u5c40\u5c40\u9577\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\u800c\u611f\u5230\u53d7\u5c48\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u53ef\u5411\u4e0a\u8a34\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u91cd\u5efa\u9805\u76ee\u70ba\u300c\u767c\u5c55\u8a08\u5283\u300d\uff0c\u884c\u653f\u9577\u5b98\u6703\u540c\u884c\u653f\u6703\u8b70\u6703\u70ba\u767c\u5c55\u8a08\u5283\u4f5c\u6700\u5f8c\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u60f3\u77e5\u9053\u66f4\u591a\uff0c\u8acb\u53c3\u8003\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/familyclic.hk\/tc\/topics\/properties-arrangements\/redevelopment-and-acquisition-of-property\/ura-initiated-redevelopment-projects\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7269\u696d\u5b89\u6392 &gt;
